To enhance and facilitate the education and all s social development of all students, especially students of African descent throughout North Carolina local school districts. We also work in partnership with the NC Department of Public Instruction and local school districts in North Carolina in delivering our services.

ALL WORKSHOP PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN SATURDAY, January 20, 2024 BY MIDNIGHT.
*Registration: All presenters whose presentations are selected must register and pay registration fees. NABSE does not pay honorariums or assume travel, lodging, or any other additional costs associated with presenting at the State Annual Conference. Presenters selected must pay a fee of $300 for registration no later than February 1, 2024.
