The role of the new NCABSE Young Leadership Council will ensure there will always be strong advocates to work on behalf of all children, particularly African-American children, in our schools. Recruit, Develop, and Empower Educators who will ensure NABSE remains a strong organization for future generations. In order to include leaders from across North Carolina, Zoom Sessions will be extremely helpful, and Face to Face meetings may be held monthly in various locations. With these goals in mind, we are hopeful that young leaders will agree and sign up to serve on this Leadership Council. Others may also nominate leaders whom they feel strongly would be great candidates for this Leadership Council.
